Encaustic Art
Mike and Lori are moving their fine art photography to the next level using mixed media techniques. They are doing this to
help increase the value of their fine art that is donated to support charities. Mike and Lori took a class in encaustic art in July 2010
and they have another encaustic art training session scheduled with internationally recognized instructor Linda Womack in October
2010. Look for donations that fetch higher prices in the future.

Desert Photo Shoot
Mike is currently putting together a High Mountain Desert Photo Shoot in Maupin, Oregon with the help of
the River Run Lodge for September 19-20. If you
are interested in this event, please contact us via email. Mike and Lori did a similar photo shoot in June
and those fine art images will be posted in our New Images Gallery soon.

Concert Under the Stars
Mike recently donated fine art pieces for the FACES Foundation
fund raising event called Concert Under the Stars. He also was the photographer for the event and he donated his time and
photos and prints for volunteers and supporters. It was a wonderful event that will help fund surgeries for children
in Peru next year.

Tough economic times hurt everyone but they especially hurt charities and their ability
to raise funds. Corporate and private giving is down or has been postponed until the economy
improves. In times like these society needs the services provided by charities
more than ever.
This web site was created with charities and fund raising in mind. All of the fine art displayed on
this web site is available for donation to qualifying charities by Michael and Lori Anderson.
Priority is given to charities operating in the United States and in the Pacific Northwest. We have
a good record of helping charities and our support will continue.
Donation Requirements
- Qualifying organizations must provide proof of a 501(c)(3) determination
by the Internal Revenue Service.
- Donations of framed fine art are limited to the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.
- Auction items are subject to a minimum reserve price - $150 for large sizes and $35 for desk art.
- Proof of the sale of an auction item must be provided including the name and address of the donor.
- Unsold auction items will be returned within 5 days of the fund raising event to us.
- Fine Art can be purchased but the check needs to be written to a qualifying charity, e.g. Easter Seals - Oregon.
- We reserve the right to withhold our support to a charity and to modify these terms at any time.
- Priority is given to charities that provide services and support of children in need.
